On cars, the front side windows, the back side windows and the rear glass must let in at least 27% of light. On SUVs, trucks and vans the front side windows must let in at least 27%, and the windows behind the driver can be any shade.

Yes. The film has a lifetime warranty that covers cracking, bubbling, delamination and fading.
